Identity violation

To file a complaint of identity fraud, you need to be able to prove that you are indeed the victim. To do this, the legal name, photos used, and profile information in the blog needs to match yours (or be very similar.)

Caution, only claims made directly by the victim of identity theft or his/ her legal representative will be dealt with, and it is therefore imperative that he/ she attach a copy of an official photo ID (such as a driver's license, an officially issued ID card, or a passport.)
